In the summer (and during holiday times), schedules change. Practical Steps to Create an Awesome Summer Plan
Schedule a time to plan:

list all of the things about your summer days with your family that really are non-negotiable.

list the activities you would like to include in your “free time”

list the skills you would like to work on with your children

list several ideas for YOU to recharge.

Prepare your child’s thinking for the changes ahead
-
Implement activities and exercises that will not only keep your child fit but also do great things for and in his/her brain.
