Put yourself in your child’s shoes.
Think about life from their perspective.
How can you show more compassion and understanding?
Strategize how you can fill your child’s emotional cup.
STOP. BREATHE. THINK ABOUT YOUR CHOICES.
Be more flexible.
Validate, encourage, love your child.
